Probably "Positive Vibration" from Bob Marley's 1976 album, "Rastaman Vibration." This was one of his most popular songs, and I remember that  the JA Tourist Board used a bit of it in their ads for many years (maybe even still).

If it's recent, it might be Rasta Imposter - by Konshens.. it's being played alot around Jamaica lately, but if you could maybe give the genre of music it was, you'll probably get some more answers. Reggae, dancehall, roots, etc?
