  1. the wiring options a dual voice coil subwoofer can we wired to 2 4 and 8 ohms

a single voice coil sub can only be wired to whatever ohm it indicates

  2. The voice coil is a coil of wire attached to the speaker cone.   When you run AC current through it, it creates a magnetic field that reacts with the speaker's magnet and moves the cone back and forth, creating sound.

A voice coil has a property called impedance, which affects what type of amplifier can be used with it.  It's also limited in the amount of current that can flow through it without damage.

A dual voice coil speaker is simply a speaker that has two voice coils attached to the cone instead of one.  This effectively doubles the amount of power that can be used to move the speaker cone.  It also allows for more flexible impedance options.

Dual voice coils are typically found in subwoofers, which need lots of power to produce loud bass.  They're also found in some specialty speakers which are designed to use a stereo (left and right) audio signal in a single speaker location.

  3. KaeZoo: I'd not like see what happens when you push the stereo signal to the DVC speaker with bad polarisation, or you have opposite polarity sounds in music.
