Can anybody tell me where to search for those abandoned or fixer uppers for sale in a city.?

I would like to know where in the web I can find a list with real address and prices of fixer uppers or abandoned houses for sale. I tried the search engine but everyone is a request for money.

try ur local city's buy and sell magazine or newspapers.:):)

ask at the tax office.  sometimes you can buy property for back taxes.

Everyone is trying to get your money.  When you pay , you get nothing.  The foreclosures are all at the County Recorder's Office.  Go there.  They will tell you where to find the repo's.  Some counties have it online.  

If you find a property you like, you go to the auction at the courthouse steps.  You must pay cash.  That's what makes it impossible.  Are you rich.  If not,  just buy the houses when they are put up for sale by the bank's realty agent.  To get those, you can drive down any street and look for the house with the weeds 4 feet high.

talk to a realtor - they have a list of those properties and it's FREE To use a realtor when buying a home. (faster and safer too)

Any real estate agent can look them up for you for free.   Contact one in the city you are wanting to buy in.
