I believe if one does excessive Zikr then their heart is always busy in Zikr. Like Prophet (S.A.W)'s heart use to do Zikr of Allaah even when He was sleeping.

it should not be suprising if we cut into the heart & look at the out side of the ear(ear lobe) u will easily see Allah written in Arabic but it is for thosewho want to understand & Allah wants 2 guide.He make it clear & visible, bro..

Whether it sounds Rub Rub or any other formats, each of our body cells are in Tasbeeh of their Lord. Everything in this world, the living and the non-living praises Allah..but we hear it not.

A true believer's heart would definitely sound as rub rub claiming that every heart beat of ours, every breath of ours is taking Allah's name.

Like right now, if I feel it, its indeed is like rub rub and our rub is Allah.
