Can anybody tell tel me in which university in the UK my son can study nanochemistry?

My son lives is in Iran and loves to study chemistry and nanochemistry in particular. I can't find any university in the UK that teaches this field. Can anybody help me find some info about this please? He is 16 now and he wishes to study it up to PhD level.

From researching it, it looks like the best place for him to look at is Australia, although UCL in London appears to do it, although he will be needing to get high grades to get into that university

Germany looks good for, the UK may not be the best place if he wants to pursue this course.
