Can anybody translate japanese to english plz?

the word/phrase i need translated is "taistetsumamono sandesuka?"

i know sandesuka means "what is it" but i don't know what the first part means

taisetsu na mono wa nandesu ka?

=what is important things to you?

taisetsu na= important

mono = thing

nandesu ka? = what

Do you mean "taisetsu na mono"?

It'd mean "important/valuable/precious thing".

And it'd be "nan desu ka".
