Can anybody walk in a MAC Pro store and buy?

I don't care if i get a discount or not like the makeup pros but i'm just wondering if i could walk in and but some pigments at reg. price?

Yes, anyone can walk into a PRO store just as if it were a regular MAC store.

And you can purchase pro products by calling the number on the  MAC PRO website, which is  1-800-866-6464

Yes, anyone can buy MAC PRO products from the MAC PRO store.  But, of course you won't be able to get the discount.

You can't purchase from MAC PRO online unless you have a membership.

[Remember to ask for samples, if you're buying a lot and if you get a nice SA]
