Please only answer if you have some real information or are informed about it. No "Cause Bush sucks" Or simply "Because of Oil" or any other answer like that. Basically I'm interested to know why did it start, and why we are still there now. Thanks.

  1. The US was co-opted by British Imperialism, by degree, since the Revolutionary War.  See the royal favors exclusion clause?  The commerce clauses?  Got bills of attainder?

There is hope, of course, but faint, since Harry showed how he was calling in USAF strikes on Taliban, and so he was pulled out of Afghanistan.  Now he needs to hide, in the UK.

When his Great-Uncle or whatever Ginger Edward married Wallice Simpson, Prince Ed had to abdicate.  Gingers are tragic.  See how it affects Cartman, in South Park?

US media is fascist, to flim-flam everyone, with the royals, at their usual war-scams.  These are directed at any anti-royalists, since WWII, but the US has to give up all that, or it will implode!  Death to the US is merely a merciful inevitability, not a call to attack.  The US has to die, to be rehabilitated, or ever more and even MORE h**l, to pay!

  2. Because if we left it would be even worse so we have to stay until things get better.

  3. It started because of 911.  That was the third attempt on trying to bring down the "Twin Towers"  It was successful and killed 3000 americans that were just going to, or doing, there jobs.  They weren't soldiers or sailors, they were just citizens trying to support their families.  We decided then, as Americans that it would be better to fight a war on their ground rather than on our own.  If we don't hunt all them down, they will try again to attack us here on American soil and I believe the death toll will be larger than it was at 911.   By the way, I'm a New Yorker and I watched them build the "Twin Towers" day by day.  I would come across the bridge from Brooklyn into Manhattan and every day each of the buildings would be a couple of stories higher.  It was like an arrow through my heart when they fell.

  4. I believe it started because Bush and Blair thought that Saddam would be an easy dictator to deal with and that the oil coming out of Iraq would be a bonus. Blair involved Britain in the war without any mandate from the government here. We all demonstrated against the war  as with everything else he just carried on without any authority to do so. As for Mr Bush one wonders just what he does think? He seems hardly able to string two or three words together. He involved America in yet another war akin to Viet Nam never ending with our young men being slaughtered daily. He speaks with forked tongue on one side the big Christian !!! and on the other Torturing men in Cuba's G Bay shipping so called terrorists around the world with no proper trials We are still there now because we have stirred up a hornets nest that we are now unable to control.
