I NEED TO SLEEP. it is 430 hear and i CANT sleep. I go to bed around five every morning no matter what im doing. The prob is im starting a job and i have school tomorrow. Any help at all?? I know people on here are smart so..

  1. Try drinking milk or eating rice before going to bed, both contain melatonin, a natural sleeping aid, which help you sleep better. From http://nosleep.in


  2. it seems like ur diurnal rhythm (body clock) have adjusted..it may take some time for it to return to ur previous sleeping habit..what might help is to gradually change your bed time (e.g. sleep 3o min-1hr earlier than yesterday) and do it together with other measures prior to sleeping (e.g. meditaion, praying, not thinking too much, milk 30 min and eating a small meal 2 hrs before sleeping, having a regular exercise every morning to afternoon, avoid caffeneited beverages like tea and coffee and spicy foods, etc)
