Can anyone PLEASE, please traslate the disease dermapolimiositis (spanish word for it) to English?

My cousin in Mexico was just diagnosed with this. It seems to be serious because they're treating it with some chemo therapy and a bunch of medications. Her muscles are atrophying. I really want to do research and find out all I can about it that might possibly help but I don't know what it is in english. Some one PLEASE help.

"Dermatopolymyositis" is what I believe that disease is in English. Here are a couple links with information:
