Can anyone RATE and COMMENT my Insect/Plant Deck ?

Umm, I'd have to say 1/10. It's very random and I'd cut it down to 43-40. 45 is nice, but with less cards in the deck you can draw what you need more and speed through it faster. Your traps are a bit wonky. You should try and change them to something like

[3]Threatening Roar

[1]Mirror Force

[3]Solemn Judgement or some people prefer Dust Tornado.

Even try Bottomless Trap Hole.

That's a good starting base for traps, you don't want to have too many because it will majorly slow down your deck.
