if anyone can actually answer this question and not advise me against it i will give you the ten points straight out.i am 17i weigh 136 poundsI'm not fat or chubbyi'm 5'5, a little talleri never exercisei constantly eat junk food.I'm trying a new diet consisting of 24 calories a day, in celery.ill burn 400 calories through exercise a day.how long will it take me to lose weight and how much weight?has anyone ever done an extreme diet?what happened?thanks heaps guys :)
