Can anyone advise me if it is advisable to rescore for my toefl ibt?

my total score is 100. but i only need 89. the problem is i need at least 26 in the speaking part. and i only got 24. is there a chance to pass if i apply for rescore? what do you think? thanks

In general, I always recommend that students rescore.  The problem with speaking is that the assessment can be subjective.

Yes, there is a chance that you will pass, but don't get your hopes up too high--it is only a very, very small chance.
