  1. If you live in US or Canada try raileurope.com. If you need asistance they are helpful by phone:1-888-382-RAIL (1-888-382-7245) in the USA, 1-800-361-RAIL (7245) in Canada

Call at 8:57am before the "opening bell" at 9am est!!!!!!!! Get on in cuz it will possibly be a 25 minute wait if you let everybody get yapping on the phone.

GREAT PASTRIES IN STORES WITHIN THE WALLS OF THE  ALSTADT (Nurnberg)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... Unreal!

  2. Go to www.bahn.de

    Choose English

Put in your cities and dates and it will bring up the times for you. You can even specify your preferred departure time.

    Not sure about extra charges.

  3. http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.e...

Enter your From: and To: destinations date and time and you have several departures available to you.  Try to take a direct train. One that doesn't require a connection.

Since the World Cup is June 9 - July 9 in Germany, it is highly advisable you make reservations for your trips. A mandatory reservation is indicated by a red R in the "Products" column of Deutsche Bahn's website.

    Once at DB website above:

Enter your from and to destinations, date, time of travel.

Click on 'Order' of the train you want to take. Make sure you already signed up first with a user name and password with bahn.de before doing all this.

When you eventually get to the 3rd step(3 Choose a ticket)of the booking process, mark the "with reservation" option and "seat reservation only" (since you already have a rail pass) and follow the directions to finish booking. I believe the reservation costs 3 euros each.

You can only make reservations in 2nd class with your pass.  Not sure if you are aware, but you can bring sandwiches, snacks, and drinks with you on the train.
