  1. iodine supplements, you could have an under active thyroid.  Also omega 3 supplements will help brain function.  Lots of people don't know it but they are very deficient in omega 3 AND vitamin D.  Krill oil is the best, clean source of O 3's.   Garlic is also great for the brain and Apple cider vinegar (raw unfiltered) wouldn't hurt either!


  2. This is too vague and you need to list your symptoms in order for me to see the whole picture.

    This could be a result of not eating enough calories or not being active or even low iron, possibly even thyroid.

    I would suggest getting a Complete Blood Count done so that you know where to begin with a treatment.

Gingko Biliboa helps with the increase of blood/oxygenation to the brain...but may have to take for awhile and maybe two to three times daily...also if you increase the antioxidants in your system....within a week you will begin to feel the energy return & the stamina appear...antioxidants re-build & regenerate cells alleviating cell damage & increasing oxygenation throughout the body where which the oxygenated blood flows ~ Take care~

  4. I take Q.10 every day, (they are expensive)however if I become foggy and fatigued due to mental stress. St John's Wort is always my salvation, it is subtle and it works after just a few days. Get the one a day tablets, they are cheap and effective. Stop taking them when you feel OK, then  if you have problems start again. They are always in my cupboard as a crutch, they are fanbloodytastic. I have read that they are more effective than prosac and doctors throughout the world are now recommending St John's Wort.

  6. They say a bar of choccy helps to give you a quick boost. Vitamic C taken in fresh oranges is also good.

    And if you are female an iron tablet, as you may be slightly anae'mic.

    Also flax seed oil tablets.

  8. CoQ10 is excellent to take for energy, is good for the mind and a host of other benefits.

    For the mind, "celastrus" which is ayurvedic is good, it is a seed oil good for memory and depression.

    Phosphatidylserine and acetyl l' carnitine is really good, a nice combination.

    The coQ10, phosphatidylserine and acetyl lcarnitine is really pricey, but i purchase a lot of my supplements at www.vitacost.com

    I am in no way affiliated with them. CoQ10 in the store is like 30, 40 or 50 dollars, but at this website for the amount and cost it is really affordable. Usually it is a little more than 20 dollars or so.

  9. early nights, no smoking, drink plenty of water that's better than anything to clear the brain and cure fatigue, after a week you'll be a genius. lol
