Can anyone assist me with any info on the 2 Stryker Brigade in Vilseck Germany? I report there in two weeks.?

I am a single parent in the military with a four year old son. I have never been to germany nor do i know of anyone in germay. I leave in two weeks to go to Vilseck (2 SCR) and was wondering if anyone can give me some insight on how are things overthere.

Good answer about checking resolved questions. There have been questions about the Vilseck area asked before.

My comments; Great place for children. Vilseck is out in the country, beautiful country, but a bit off the beaten path. The military communtity there is wonderful so you should be all set. Do not worry so much, and try and enjoy yourself! Good Luck!
