  1. If all those above each of them in the line of succession perished or disqualified themselves by marrying a Catholic or becoming one.

  3. For any of these people to ascend the throne, the following people would have to die, marry a Catholic and lose rights to succession,or do something else to lose rights of succession:

    Charles,William, Harry, Andrew and Beatrice.

    Eugenie who inherit the throne if the five people mentioned were no longer in line.

    Peter Phillips would have to wait for more people to die or no longer be in line of succession;in addition to the five mentioned above, Eugenie, Edward, his children and Anne who inherit the throne before him.

    Linley would have to wait for Eugenie,Edward,his children, Anne, Peter and Zara to be out of succession in addition to the original five.
