lots of perfectly drawn liquid eyeliner on the top of the lid,use a black pencil to mute the tones .

black pencil eyeliner on the lower lid.

black mascara,upper and lower,do not cake it.for a little extra,use a dark brown powder eyeshadow in the crease of the upper lid.most of all,follow the natural shape of your eye.

add eye liner in  stages, e.g every 3 minutes add a layer till it's dark, then do the same with marscara, and curl eye lashes

first you will need

1. mascara

2.eyliner

3. eyelashcurler

first put on  your eyeliner then... put on the mascara(tip: when putting on the mascara, when brushing up , make a zig zag pattern so you don't get clumps. do 3-5 times in a row)

then, when dry, curl your eyelashes

First you need an eye brow shader to fill in your eye brows to get the defined look.

Then you use liquid liner on your top lid.

And eye liner on the bottom, smudge the bottom liner.

You could get false lashes or coat your lashes with mascara wait till they dry and coat them again and repeat until you get your look.

1. Some eyeshadow all over the lid to .. even it out?

Maybe a creamy color, or the color of your skin.

2. Black pencil eyeliner on your lid, then smudge

with a SMUDGE BRUSH.

3. Black pencil eyeliner on the bottom of your eye.

Also put some on your skin, and smudge slightly.

4. Mascara

NOTE: This look may actually be really smudged and

dirty looking by the end of the day. But it looks nice at first.
