Can anyone do this profit and loss acount for me, I need an example to work off.?

I have to do a P/L for college and I cant find an example like the one on the exam paper. would anyone be so kind as to do it for me, the adjustments at least

gee, bella, it appears that of all the people here in Answerland, no one wants to do your homework for you. Maybe it's everyone's way of saying "do your own work". Sorry to be the bearer of such bad news, but i just felt you should know.
