When concentrating, on a prize as such for the deed of it, you may have to focs in your mind, think ing not about the food on your lips, thinking its fluel or something discusting like guts of an animal or bug can be a good guide. Act like whats in your mouth is all it is, nothing else. I focused three main cords in my brain, Nymethanios (Main concetration) Geamfranis (The Second MOST inmportant) Drelechis )(The one for eating) and uing my knowledge managed to confuse myself (which is very hard ans you said) and have now found a way to it. Try all my ways.
