av been through anarexia, bulimia, smokin, pills & now av given up. can someone explain a diet to me that is longterm and will stick becoz all of the above helped me for a week then i gained the weight quicker than i lost it...lol
plz, dont say exercise... explain what exercises are good for specific parts of the body. & what food to avoid.
