Can anyone explain me the road map to chennai from hyderabad via kadapa with distance please?

I intend travelling by car to Chennai from Hyderabd..Is it better to go via kurnool, kadapa and tirupati as I was told that it is the shortest route and good roads are available.Kidnly enlighten me and inform me.

From hydrabad ..

mehaboobnagar, karnool,kadappa, kalahasthi and chennai.

distance nearly 450 to 500 miles around 600 kilometers.  may be 20 plus or minus, since i took from the indian map.
