  1. I don't get it at all, see my question:

  2. after thinking about it i think i might have the reasoning. then after thinking about it some more i figured out how to say it lol. well in act I we saw him sitting in front of his computer updating his blog while wearing his dr horrible get-up talking about being evil and what he wanted. but then after he finally got everything he thought he wanted it went back to him in front of his computer being normal, because thats what he really wanted. which could have actually happened, since penny looked like she had seen what the hammer really was like and we saw her sitting and watching the door at the laundry mat with an extra frozen yogurt.

  3. I surmised that it was either to show his humanity which he atleast seemed to have more of than the "hero"

    OR

that the ending hadn't happened, and that was his twisted plan of whom to kill (ie as the hero Capt Hammer is sorta invulnerable) - as he felt like wanted to get revenge on them both

OR perhaps it was both at once, Schroedinger's Cat stays in a superposition of states as long as the box stays closed - ie. it leaves us unsure if either "villain" or "hero" actually a good-guy being bad, or a bad-guy being good

  4. He obviously got what he wanted - a spot in the evil league of evil - but the last scene showed that he couldn't enjoy any of it.  What he really wanted was Penny.  At least, that's how I understood it.

  5. I'm not sure, but here's my take on it.  He is back in his apartment and he says, "I won't feel a thing".  It is basically showing that since Penny's death, he is numb.
