Can anyone explain this?

Question

On my brochure for an acting school, it states, "The course is physically and emotionally demanding", could anyone sum that up for me, and explain what I have gotten into.

I guess it means that you will be practicing many hours which can be physically demanding and emotionally you will have to be  in a good mind set because working long hours can be stressful

you will have to work hard and stay up late and when you dont sleep then you become very emotional dont forget to mention that you are supposed to be emotional.

I'm sure the physical part is self explanatory.  Not all roles are physically demanding, but there are many that require a lot of movement and strength and all done under very hot lights.  

To portray and emotion effectively, one must draw from experience and understand how that emotion feels.  Faking it looks like it's being faked.  You will be exploring the depth and breadth of your emotional capabilities.  Be prepared to be very tired after a full day's session.
