AIEEE means AII INDIA ENGINEERING ENTRANCE EXAMINATION.It is undoubtedly the most high-valued engineering entrance exam in india.Nearly 90% of the students are 12th passed or 12th appeared having aspiration to become an engineer give this exam.Admissions to all NIT's,IIIT's and good colleges are made through it.Majority of the students who give this exam study thoroughly every day.You must prepare for it by studying at least 12 hours a day including coachings,group discussions etc.The exam is a bit tough,so 1 year of hard work will only bear good fruit.GOOD LUCK.

aieee mean tht if u got a good rank in aieee thn u get  admission in india top engg college

i got 20543 rank in aieee and i got admission in jaypee engg college
