Go to  amazon, they've got both internal and external ones. The internal ones are cheaper, but need to be installed in a tower. The external ones plug into a USB port, get a USB 2.0 unit - much faster, for data and have their own power supply and cord to plug into the wall. Easy to hook up(and unhook if you get another computer) and they'll hook up to laptops for use while you're at home to save the internal drive some wear and tear. I just ordered a external drive made by Lite On that sounds just like what you are looking for.  65 bucks, shipping included.
