You may have to go to a library and look him up specifically in the files. I have four very thick poetry anthologies and only one of them has a poem by John Ashbery in it and it is not what you're looking for. I did some online hunting and could only find that it is a double-columned poem and is a part of a 1979 collection book called As We Know. Good luck.

Litany is one of John Ashberry's major works, and it is still in copyright. I doubt you will find a text of it available for free online.
