Can anyone find out if there is any manufacturers/tailors that will manufacture clothes our label clothes?

we are planning on setting up a small clothing business..we need to find factories/manufactures or tailors that will work with our designs and also be able to produce our clothes in bulk with our labels on it. We need someone that can trust and deliver quick also with high quality at a reasonable price.
