Can anyone get their blackberry pearl software to load on Vista??

I have had a pearl since December and I STILL can't get the software to work with Vista. Is this a common problem or is it my computer? It keeps giving me an error message halfway through the installation. I called t-mobile and blackberry and neither of them seem to have an answer for me. I've even tried installing the latest software directly from the t-mobile website....Can anyone help?

I got mine working in Vista since day one. Have you tried the lastest software from the RIM directly?
