That's every chord and variation. This is the english version so no H chord. Also I can't post it all in one answer box because it is very long. If you don't know what [0 2 2 0 0 0] those mean, it's very simple. Left to right, is low E string to high E string. That means you play low E string open. A string with your finger holding down the string on the second fret. And so forth and so on. Hope this helps!
