Can anyone give me a format of balance sheet and p/l a/c for liaison offices in India?

foreign companies open liaison offices in india .......in the companies act it is stated that liaison offices have to prepare statement of assets and liabilities instead of balance sheet and statement of receipts and payments instead of p&l a/c and their format can be near to the one specified in parts I and II of Schedule VI (normal format).....but i want to know if you can help me with a specific format if there is one....please help..

  1. Download a software called Tally or Busy. They are both business accounting softwares. A little search on the net will also give you the "format only" should you need.
