I'll be a sophomore and I have these classes (but not guaranteed): Living Environment Term 1, Video Production, French 1 Term 1, Algebra 9 Term 3 of 3, English 10 Term 1, Global 10 Term 1 and Health Ed.

  1. You'll need pens and pencils, of course.

A graphing calculator for your math class, as well as a protractor and ruler, are also good ideas.

An English-French dictionary would be a good investment. You'll also need college ruled paper. Colored pencils are a good idea for those occasions when you'll need them.

For everything else, you can do one of three things:

    1. Buy a binder for every class, size is up to you. Stock it with paper. Then you can decorate the covers or label the sides or whatever else you want to do.

    2. Buy a notebook and a folder for each class. Label and decorate if you so choose.

    3. Buy a notebook for each class and an accordian folder (like an expanding file system) to hold loose papers in. Decorate and label as you so choose.

Don't forget basics like a backpack or bag of some sort to carry supplies around in.

Locker shelves or magents, too, if you're into that sort of thing.

  2. Don't waste money and time buying school supplies now. Wait until the first day when the teachers tell you what you need for their class. If you want to get something, get 2 binders if in block schedule, college ruled paper, pens, pencils. that'll get you through the first day.

  3. >Backpack/or tote bag

    >binders (amount of binders depends on your teachers)

    >college rulled papper

    >sticky notes

    >notebooks

    >no. 2 pencils

    >pencil shaperner

    >3x5 index cards

    >Folders

    >pencil bag /case

    >markers

    >hilighters

    >black and red pens (medium point)

    >colored pencils

    >scissors

    >erasers

    >ruler

    >dividers

  4. i think the teachers tell you what you need on the first day of classes but if they don't i would just suggest a notebook and folder for each class, pencils and pens, and a calculator
