Can anyone give me a good training plan to run the marathon?

I run about 12 to 15 miles now, but the run is September 14th and I feel like I could run 20, but the race is 26.2 miles?

  1. youll be ok. if you can run twenty u can definitely run 26.2 miles.

    once you have built yourself up to that much the rest gets easier


  2. A great website you could get a training schedule,tips, chats,nutrition..... is runners world.  This website has helped me with many questions regarding running.

  3. yeah usually 20 miles is where people "hit the wall" try and work your workouts slowly up maybe increase the 15 miles slowly.. a mile higher each week and you will be at 20 mile workouts... and should be able to tough it out those last 6 miles
