Question:

Can anyone give me a high intense gym routine to tone up and loose as much weight as possible in 2 weeks?

I am a member of a gym already. was looking for more info - eg if 90mins cardio 6times a week would work - is it worth doing weights etc? which cardio machines are the best...any advice really

  1. your diet has as much if not more to do with rapid wieght loss than exercise. That being said for the next two weeks run 4-6 miles everyday and lift weights everyday moderately. Full body, bench presses, squats etc..You could switch between upper and lower body to make sure you don't over do it. Don't over do it on any exercise but do exercise everyday making sure the 1000-1600 calories you'll be eating include fish, and other protein. Fish and eggs are good for recovery. Also, sleep 10 hours a day. Then wake up and go crazy. I've lost 25 pounds in about a month and a half. Also, stock up on pain relievers. Doing Yoga eveyday helps me stretch and prevent injury. Two weeks is about the time it takes for ketosis to take place, so if you wanna eat just protein for awhile, you'll lost a lot of weight (no carbs at all! or this process won't happen). A lot of this advice could be considered "questionable" and possibly unhealthy.

  2. 90 minutes of cardio will definitely work Exercises more than 20 minutes that's when your body really starts to burn fat and not glycogen stores. The treadmill should be the best but mix it up so your body get a real work out. Doing weights increases your metabolism for 24 hours after your work out and the more muscle you have the higher your metabolism will be
