Can anyone give me a natural cure for an earache?

besides the prescription eardrops and antibiotics i have heard there is a natural cure for ear infections and natural things to ease the pain... please help.

I usually pour hot water over a wash cloth, wring it out a bit and lay it over my ear. It helps a lot with the pain.

well my parents since did this thing where they rolled up a piece of paper ( like news paper) into a funnel like shaped and they put it in my hear and lit the top on fire they said that takes out the air in ur ear. If u do have air then like a puff of fire comes out kinda dangers.

dont stick a freaking clove of garlic in your ear is she nuts?

use garlic oil from the health food store

OK i have a permanent ear infection so to ease the pain i use a syringe with some hydrogen peroxide in it and put some in you ear until the bubbling dies down then grab a Kleenex and pour the dirty peroxide on it and trow it away it takes less then 15mins. i hope this works for you.

get a garlic and break off a piece and heat it up in a pan. Then get a small cotton ball (so it can fit in your ear) and stuff that clove in it, but make sure it cools down a bit. If the juice actually goes inside your ear the better. Garlic is a natural pain reliever and I'm not sure if it actually cures it. I've tried it before and it does help a lot.

Or, apply a warm wet compress to your ear.
