Question:

Can anyone give me a step by step method to the spinning hook kick and back kick?

I am pretty good with kicks that dont deal with a spinning, looking over your shoulder thing... i just need for me a slow way to program my body to do the spinning kicks right....

  1. spinning back kick: Start with right leg back.

    Step forward with your right leg, now bring your left leg forward to your right so it looks like you're just standing normally.

    Look over your left shoulder at your target. Bring your left leg into a chamber and push it directly behind you.

    Make sure it's all one fluid motion and to bring your leg directly off the ground, don't bring it to the side of you so you look like a dog pissing on a fire hydrant.


  2. One easy step:

    Ask your instructor.

    You are not going to learn to do something like a spinning kick by following the directions of someone on the Internet who may or may not know what they are talking about.  If you don't have an instructor, then get one and go back to step one.
