There's a couple of websites that I have used:

http://www.cruise.co.uk is where you can actually go and buy a cruise, from all the major cruise lines.

Then, there's http://www.cruises.co.uk which is owned by the same company, and is where you can go to get information on all the different cruises available. There's a bit of a community there, with a Yahoo! Answers type thing going on called Cruise Answers, where you post questions, and experienced cruisers answer them. There's also user-generated cruise reviews so you can get all clued up before you decide!

I use cruisedirect.com and priceline.com quite a bit.

If it's your first cruise, you may want to see a travel agent that does a lot of cruises. I haven't been to one since my second cruise, and that's been 20 years ago, but I remember it was  a lot of fun and they gave me good info.

Also, Royal Carribean will send you some nice booklets on all their destinations. You can fill out the order form online.

I always use the cruise line web sites because they have all of the cruises listed and all of the prices, including the discounted dates and prices.  You can actually find the specials the cruise lines have by clicking on the link on the pages that directs you to the specials.
