Can anyone give me advice in strumming up in guitar?

I have problems strumming up in the guitar, it just doesnt sound right. Any advices?

well, for one thing, it gives you a completely different tone.

you are getting the high tones first then the low ones, making the chord a lil "blurry"

and to strum it, just make sure you follow trough as you're coming up. dont let the pick go under the strings, or it will get stuck
