  1. run, shadow box, and drink! ...................well  good luck little boy!

  2. well for a start join a boxing club because then you will have all the equipment needed and hav sparring partners. i went boxing training for about 6 mounths but i had no intentios of becomin a boxer , just wanted 2 get fit. here is the routine the boxing gym i went 2 used 2 do.

warm up stretching, jogging and shadow boxing.

then circuit training which would include-

press ups. sit ups. crunches, jogging on spot, bench press and using free weights.

then cardio vascular training using the treadmills, rowers, nd cross trainers , or if it was a nice day went for a 2-3 mile jog.

Then we would use all the different types of boxing bags in the gym , to improve our technique we would change wat bags we were using every 3 minutes ( same time a rounds in boxing) , or we would use the pads with a trainer

finnaly we would spar in the ring with a partner

hav as much sleep as u need

try to eat carbohydrates for energy and protein for muscle mass

i used 2 go strainin 2-3 times a week these training sessions lasted 2 hours
