Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a complicated disorder characterized by extreme fatigue that doesn't improve with bed rest and may worsen with physical or mental activity. The main symptom of CFS is chronic fatigue that lasts more than 6 months.

Try doing a PubMed search for full-text articles: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/  

Just type in 'fatigue and syndrome' and run it. Set parameters under 'Limits'. I recommend setting it to search for  articles 'within the last 5 years' and 'human only'.
