Can anyone give me an example of something that is measured using an interval scale?

Something BESIDES a thermometer! I have scoured the net and this is the only example and I need something besides a thermometer.

  1. An interval scale contains data that possess magnitude (one value can be judged greater than, less than, or equal to another) and a constant distance between intervals.

    Yes, the degrees on a thermometer is one example. The Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS) is another.  In fact most personality trait measurements are interval scales.
