  1. When you are severed from the relationship with God, you are in h**l.  You simple don't notice it because you've only spend mere 20 to 60 years being separated.  Consider living with yourself and people like you for the rest of the eternity.  The Human history have shown what evil man could do when left to themselves in their demise.

  2. nobody is there yet because Jesus didn't come yet

  3. Nope.  The Catholic Church tracks only those known to be in Heaven (saints).

  4. Rev 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they [also] which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

It says it right there..  every eye will see him..  even those who put him on the cross..  there is no h**l yet..  and won't be.

  5. WOW this is deep and basically it doesn't say he already sent anyone to h**l just that either we inherit the kingdom of Heaven or the pits of h**l but Luke does talk about h**l in chapter 16.

  6. There is one instance in the Old testament (i think) where a brother is tormented in h**l, and looks up to the earth to tell his brother not to commit the same mistakes as him, but he can't hear him. I've forgotten the location of this in the bible but try and google it.

  7. Thats that false christian teaching..from the 'new' test...havent come across anything so far from the original script, aka 'old' test...Shalom

  8. Much of the language of the Bible is called imagery. Most people who believe in a literal belief of the bible do not understand that very few people could read or write until the last 5-600 years so symbolism and stories using imagery were the main communications. Is there a h***s fire i personally do not know but believe it is a 50/50 chance it is a fire or a burning conscience that it is meant to mean and a imagery of a horrible fire that never ends could represent a terrible haunting conscience. How often to we hear or read the words burning with desire and we know that it is not a literal physical fire and i suspect the same with a h***s fire.

  9. Eternal torment and justice have nothing to do with one another!

Matthew 13:34, "All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and WITHOUT A PARABLE SPAKE HE NOT UNTO THEM:"

Luke 16's account of the "Rich man and Lazarus" is a parable spoken to the Pharisees, Luke 16 v 14.  How could dipping the TIP of a finger in water cool a tongue in torment?  IT'S A PARABLE.  Jesus was telling those self righteous Pharisees that they were going to be cut-off from the protecting favor of God, and the Gentiles would be given favor instead.  The word Holocaust means a great devastation, esp. by FIRE.  That's what happens when God's protection is taken from you.

The Jews don't believe in eternal torment.  Our God is the same God, and He doesn't change.  Malachi 3:2-3, explains that God's fire is as a refining fire which purifies.

God teaches us to love our enemy & do good to them.  Why would God tell His children to do this, and then do something else entirely?  He also says, with the SAME measure that you give, whether good or bad, it will be measured to you again.  So would eternal firey torment be the "same measure"?  What man has tormented anyone for eternity?

The entire book of Revelation is based upon analogy.  In the very first chptr we see that "The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches:  and the seven candlesticks ...are the seven churches".  Look at verse 16, "...and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength".  A twoedged sword goes out of his mouth.  Now, I ask, is this literal? How about chptr 4 vs 6-9's "beasts full of eyes before and behind"? So, is the lake of fire, and etc. literal?

This doctrine of torture is contrary to God's character.

  10. Rich Young Ruler.  Book of Luke

  11. For murder and s*x immorality David will have to go to h**l and suffer, but after paying his debt to the l;last farthing, he will be allowed to go on to a place of glory.  Same as the people today although they will stay longer because unlike David, they do not spend ther rest of their life pleading for forgiveness.

    Acts 2:27

27 Because thou wilt not leave my soul in h**l, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

    Ps 16:10

10 For thou wilt not leave my soul in h**l; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

  12. You =] hahaha

    jk...

    idk!

  13. h**l is the grave.  no eternal burning.

  14. C answered correctly.  I just look it up.

  15. how bout the guy who reached up to god and asked for a drop of water on his tounge. and god said no..yeah idk much about the bible i stopped listening in church years ago til i turned 18 now i just don't go

  16. Revelations 14:11 and the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

Revelations 20:10-15 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night forever and ever. And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. and I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and h**l delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and h**l were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of lie was cast into the lake of fire.

You see, this is after the tribulation, the end times, and the 1,000 year earthly reign of our comming King, Jesus Christ.

After all of that we will be moving into eternity. h**l is only a temerary place. At that time death and h**l and everything will stand in front of God for judgement. This is before entering and eternal heaven or anything. The lake of fire is the eternal place that h**l, satan, and everyone not found in the book of life will be placed.

Jesus said that He would give us life and salvation. Folks, don't believe anything that this decietfull world has for you to believe. Don't believe that a lillypad can evolve into a tiger through random natural forces. That is foolish. Don't believe that there is no absolute truth or sin. That is foolish. Don't believe that God will dwell with sin for eternity either. He won't, sin is anything that is against His Eternal Holy Nature. Why or how could He dwell with stuff that is contrary to Himself? That doesn't even make sense. Folks, if you want eternal life, you need Jesus's righteousness and through that you can be put in the book of Life again. That will be a sad day when God says that you are not found in that book. Trust Jesus, Repent today!

  17. I would say sodom, but sodom is not still burning, they were turned to ashes.

Malachi 4:3 And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the LORD of hosts.

  18. no it isnt like that....h**l=grave

  19. The rich man in the story of Lazarus and the rich man is in h**l right now, being tormented, and will be for all eternity.  There are very many people in h**l right now.

"Fireball" is a liar.  She is calling Jesus a liar.  The truth is that Jesus said that h**l is eternal torment.

h**l is eternal torment.  Nobody has to be sent to h**l.  The only way to avoid being sent to h**l, is by believing that Jesus, who is God, died for our sins on the cross and rose from the dead.

  20. one second on verse

    Edit :

    Luke 16:19-31

19There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:

20And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,

21And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.

    22And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried;

23And in h**l he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.

24And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.

25But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.

26And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.

27Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father's house:

28For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment.

29Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.

30And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.

31And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

Don’t spend your eternity in h**l I Pray that you won’t, become a Christian and go to Heaven

•This tells you how to become a Christian

    John 9:31

Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.

    John3:5

Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God .

    Acts 2:36-38

36Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made the same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

37Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?

38Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost

For those of you who need to know God said he would never again use water to destroy the earth but he would use fire  ( hope that helps the person that just posted about that

  21. Revelations

  22. Can't give you one because the Bible doesn't support hellfire.

  23. Well, there was that little trick Moses did with Korah and company:

    Numbers 16:23-34

    No mention of fire though.

  24. There are zero instances if God sending someone to h**l. It may be the case with Lucifer(Satan) but even in his case they all chose to go there. Door #1 or #2? We all have free will that exercise. Everyone chooses their own path God does not send someone to h**l.

  25. I just heard TONS of stuff about GOD threatening to wipe everyone out...AFTER he promised never again to do so after the Flood........

  26. There was that part when the n***s opened the Lost Ark of the Covenant, and all those ghosts came out and made that one dudes head shrivel up, and the other guy's face melt, and the middle dude's head explode, and then all the n***s got hit with lightning and they all got sucked into the ark and it was over.

That was in the Bible, right?

  27. No such thing.

What you state is a Catholic [ false] teaching that has no basis in the Bible.

Once a person dies, his death has fully paid for any wrongdoings he. or she, may have committed.

Romans 6;23...their death is the 'wages' or full payment for such...nothing is left owing for which further punishment is due.

And 'h**l' is simply man;s grave, something that will no longer exist when death is removed.

Revelation 20; 14 And death and Ha′des were hurled into the lake of fire. This means the second death, the lake of fire.

    Hades is Greek for h**l.

the 'lake' is simply destruction, the doing away with.

If there is no death, there will be no graves.

    so, ergo, 'h**l' = grave/s

  28. Luke 16:20-24

  29. Numbers 16:30

"But if the Lord make a new thing, and the earth open her mouth, and swallow them up, with all that appertain unto them, and they go down quick into the pit, then ye shall understand that these men have provoked the Lord."

Korah gathered the congregation against Moses and Aaron and God said, "Separate yourselves from among this congreagation, that I may consume them in a moment."  And God opened the earth and it swallowed them up.  Don't mess with God's anointed.  Korah rebelled against Moses knowing that Moses was God's anointed.

The ungodly haven't seen anything yet.  They need to repent and repent Now!

  30. Burning in h**l isnt real.

  31. The rich man, in the parable of the rich man and Lazurus.

It is in Luke 16: 19-31.
