Question:

Can anyone give me anger outlet help?

I found a (what i thought was a) good anger outlet, karate, but its just made me more aggresive. I figured that i could just stop taking classes, but now i love it and can't leave!!

  1. go jogging. good for you and will make you too pooped to be angry.


  2. Punch your pillow or get a punch bag.

  3. ya sure you can try a punch bag it really really really helps until you punch yourself i think your stringer then that though!  you know right? cool it helps and keep going on karate it really helps sometimes you don't know that but it actually helps that's why you like it!

  4. Suggest you identify the source  for the anger and deal with that. Person, place or thing what ever.,

    The physical is more an outlet for frustration, it does not solve the problem.

      Invest in yourself, learn the acceptable ways to "take the bull by the horns"  to resolve an issue.  Then you can enjoy your karate for what it is designed to instill in the individual. discipline, self confidence etc.
