Can anyone give me any information on the book "Valerie"?

Does anyone know of the German book Valerie? I have it right here and unfortunately, I don't know how to read or speak German. I am guessing it's by Mira Lobe?

There is a picture book by Miro Lobe and there is the "not German" book Valérie (see Alwins Comment).

Also found an English edition.

What exactly do you need to know/do?

I found something for you.in German on the Wikipedia, unfortunately, there is no English version. Try a translation engine on this site
