But keep an eye on the last couple of weeks results and which teams have key players out.

Or you could just bet on the top four winning, Bradford, Leeds, st Helen's or Wigan.

There isn't a specific formula that will help you win more. Though  most people go for the games where a top team playes a bottom team, betting for the top club. Though this won't get you much cash on the odds, but looking at Salford winning against Bradford, if you bet on Salford you would have got some serious wedge...

It's fairly simple, if the Bookie has a favourite they are called that for a reason. If the other team has "long odds" in other words a team like Otley "Under 14s" team is drawn against Leeds Rhinos First Team in the Challenge Cup then you can bet on Leeds Rhinos winning as there is not much chance of an upset.

Otherwisw if it is Hull vs Bradford then look at the last few results read the team news and go with what you know, not your instinct.

NEVER bet on an instinct unless you can afford to lose and never gamble more than you can afford to lose.
