  1. Yes, just try not to let your arm fall off.

Don't throw it more than 5 or 10 times a game, depending on your age.

I'm too lazy to give you tips on how to throw it...

  2. if you throw a cure with ur palm facing up when u release it it has sick movement. diagnolly straight down. thats if you throw it right

  3. throw a curveball like a 4 seam fastball, but turn it sideways, throw it completely overhand, and flick your wrist forward, it adds a ton more forward spin so it goes straight down, it breaks almost like a splitter straight up and down, it looks like a fastball at first if you throw it hard enough, but if you do it right, it is sick, i've struck out many a batter with that pitch

  4. Top Right - Bottom Left (Opposite if you're left handed of course) That's the best advice.  This refers to the position of your fingers when throwing the curve.  At the beginning, they should be on the top right of the ball.  Throw it with the SAME motion as your fastball and finish with your fingers on the bottom left side of the ball.  This will give you a nice 12-6 action.

  5. The best tip I can give you is to keep your hand inside the elbow. That means that your hand is closer to your head then your elbow. You should have your first and middle finger on the inside of the horseshoe so that you get the most seams rotating against the air. This will break more and is the safest way to throw it with out putting the strain on your elbow. Good Luck

  6. there were a couple ways that worked for me. one is to throw it like a football, same grip. basically pretend it's a football, the ball will go to the plate spinning and the bottom will fall out.

A harder way to do it and you can get more speed on it is to...its hard to explain but when you are releasing the ball, you are shorting your arm extension and pulling down hard, with a grip of 2 fingers to the side of the ball with pressure on your middle finger. when you throw your fast ball you are making a good full circular motion with your arm (or should be) so think of a basball your arm motion moves like an  "O" you have your 12 oclock at the top. when your hand with the ball in it gets to 12 o'clock you are gonna pull down hard, not making the circular motion but instead of going 12 to 1 to 2 to 3 your skipping all that and going from 12 down to 6. think of it as a half moon. and your pulling the the front end of that ball down hard to get drop. Think ,middle finger 12 pull down to 6 .hope this helps
