Can anyone give me good ideas on how to give back to my community?

I don't have much at all. Infact, my disposable income is really less than $100. But all I've been thinking about lately is giving back to my community. I have two little boys and I want to instill that in them at a young age. Because at the end of it all, people are what matter the most. So I need ideas on how to give back and how to raise money and where to start.

Go to nursing homes for the elderly. Most are just sitting and killing time. I know they would like a visitor or someone to talk to. Call one or two and see if they can use you!
