Penn State runs a quality volleyball program for the men and the women.  Their camps should be the same quality.  Penn State has one of the best men's teams in the country, so it would be great to learn from their coaches.  It is also a great way to get the feel of college campus life while you are still in high school or junior high school.

i've been to the penn state girls volleyball camp, it was a lot of fun and i learned a lot. they have great coaches.

I've done the girls penn state vb camp before and also one of their tournaments.  the camp is a lot of fun.  You get to stay on their campus which is pretty cool, the food there is pretty good. And you get access to some campus facilities like the pool and rec center. The instruction at the camp is pretty good, it really just helps you to improve your skills all around.  I think you'll like the camp.  Plus when you go there are a number of other sports camps there too, so you get to meet a lot of different people.  Have fun!
