Can anyone give me some prices on a house on the west side?

i need a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 or 1 car garage, a pretty big livingroom, a backyard, a kitchen, and a dineing place to eat. it has to be a house. on the west side in colorado springs, and it has to be under 175,000. so if you could give me a website or anything. plese help me.

sorry i can't tell you specific prices or houses but you shouldn't have too much trouble finding a house for that price with what you want.  just look in the older neighborhoods.  you should get a realtor that knows the city. maybe try realtor.com they have house listings there
