  1. Ive check your site out and it is impressive. It will do well. Yep the promoting part is very important here: Your Hits (Number of visitors coming to site is important! ).  Hits are more than just the number of hits. Check whether those hits are:

    1. A great number in the thousands for the first year.

2.Returning visitors - if not thats not good.

3.Visitors becoming customers and frequent ones too.

They are all important and determine good Biz success.

Advertising is imporatant. Use free online services like:

    http://www.sellit-right.com

    http://www.1planet-mart1.com/classifieds

    http://www.classifieds.com

Create a good blog and allow comments.

Offline hand out some flyers per day or week.

  2. The most effective way to advertise on the Internet is

to first set up a website and publish its domain name

on major search directories such as Google.com,

    Yahoo.com [at http://www.google.com/addurl/?...... and

MSN.com since 85% of Internet shoppers rely on these

search directories to provide them with goods and

services. In a sense, these search directories are a

    very large Internet Yellow Pages.

Nevertheless, should your website or opening webpage

fail to contain "generic" keywords, then anyone using

such "generic" queries will not be able to discover

your website. Your domain name [URL] of your website,

in a sense, will be invisible, undiscoverable.

You may want to consider some simple algorithms which,

when observed and committed in designing of a website

with placement of various critical metatags that can

surely achieve a high search engine presence and

increase Internet traffic to your website. These

metatag strategies work well with published webpages

    at Google and Yahoo.

    Placement of Metatags:

A ranking or search order does take place with Google

and Yahoo and it begins with the "Title" metag which

should consist of no more than 65 characters separated

by commas. The "Title" should describe in generic

terms, the goods and services, followed by a location

from which the resource is located, i.e., city, state.

The placement of a domain name which is not generic

within the "Title" is not appropriate, unless your

domain name is a major recognizable brand name.

The second metatag is the "Description" which is

usually 25-30 words to form a complete sentence which

best describes one's goods and services.

And the very last category - "Keywords" are also

somewhat limited to 15-16 words which can be plural

and compound in nature. Again, avoid multiple entries

which could be mistaken as "spamdexed entries" which

is defined as the loading, and submission of

repetitive words into a particular metatag category.

"Spamdexing" when discovered on a webpage and reported

to Google's spamreport.com can result in the

elimination of your website from their search

    directory.

Here's an example of a very highly-placed website on

Google.com: Begin with the very "generic" search query

"sandwiches downtown los angeles," taking note to not

abbreviate Los Angeles to "LA" and of course, leave

out the parentheses (").   It will bring up some 470,000 search results. Check out where "Nazos.net"

is ranked. It's ranked No. 1!

Again, Nazos.net's high web presence was achieved by

proper web design and placement of relevant metatags

    according to Google's publication guidelines.

    Good luck!

  3. Learn more about search engine optimization. This can be done by providing a link in signitures of posts on forums, submitting links to directories etc.

  4. You can  advertise  on many free or paid websites including this one here:  http://www.1planet-mart1.com/affiliate/s...

  5. If you're looking to start your own website and get traffic relatively easily, I would recommend doing it on the back of professionals who know what they're doing. This is a lot cheaper than you'd think too. I personally have tried a ton of different internet marketing programs out there in order to learn some marketing tools for myself and my own website and it's very easy to get sucked into this rat-race of affiliate programs.

If you're looking to get experience online, and make some nice side income as a result, I'd recommend trying Cash Gifting. You can look into it at www.cashgiftingsuccessnow.com

  6. Yes try make & a blog that speak about ur website.

Or stop ur website and be a blogger like me.

I learn that blogs are better than a single website.

Can anyone give me some tips on increasing numbers

    on my blog?

    http://blog-in-urself.blogspot.com/

  7. Make sure you implement a web analytics program - Google Analytics is free.

If you don't know how much traffic or where it's coming from, you'll not be able to make informed decision about what to do next (test, test, test!)

Test using Google AdWords - this isn't cheap (you pay by the click anything from 10p to £3) but is an easy way to drive traffic to your site immediately
